Two pieces of news on this nice Saturday afternoon that I thought you might be interested in.

In the first tidbit, we find out that the next chapter in Mia Thermopolis' fairy tale life is finally about to begin. According to our sources, principal photography on the sequel to 2001's "Princess Diaries" will begin November 18 in Los Angeles. We also have story and character details. Full article here.

In our second article, we have some news on a project that stalled late last year, before filming was to begin in January. Steve Martin and Claire Danes are still in, but "Saturday Night Live" funnyman Jimmy Fallon is out as "Shopgirl" draws closer to filming in mid-October. Citing scheduling commitments ("Taxi" is filming around the same time, see our story here), producers are now looking to cast another actor as Jimmy, the "directionless, clueless, classless youth."
